Yoga: A journey inward

The mirror of my life…

The day I stood on my mat I began to have a sacred, unique, authentic encounter with myself; that was when I decided to invite yoga into my life.

That moment when I gave myself the opportunity to go on an inner journey to get to know myself a little better, became my therapy and my great teacher, which it continues to be to this day.

For me, yoga is a reflection of life. So many beautiful things happen on the mat, there is so much personal growth and teachings that can be put into practice off the mat, and that is what makes me return with open arms to receive new points of view and continue this great learning.

Colors and shades of gray are present in the flow of the practice, and I am grateful for that today, realizing that through this ancient practice, many people can be helped.

Every person who has come into my life (both in my personal life and in my classes) I see as my teachers, and I continue to draw inspiration from them to be a better person. For me, yoga is a path to introspection and self-knowledge. I hope to see you there, on the mat, allowing yourself to shine from the depths of your being.


Each session is an opportunity to connect with our wholeness, relearning to trust and connect with our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. The practice is tailored to each person's needs and requirements, which is why my approach is one-on-one. The knowledge I gained through my profession, Kinesiology, is fundamental to the creation of each class, opening the space to move toward something more therapeutic as well as spiritual.
